However, I found that the X10 could get stuck on some thicker carpets, which can cause it to crash loudly over them and sometimes pushing its front brush into the rugs.

This is a fantastic robo-vacuum and mop however, it's let down by the confusing app. Eufy Clean's application isn't as user-friendly as the iRobot App, which guides you through the process of setting your robot up and teaches users how to use. It's still a great option but it also offers plenty of customizability for those who want to make the most of its features.
