The laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, meaning it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of your home. It's not able to navigate stairs as well as some competitors, either and it doesn't have a dock that lets the user to set up an exclusive cleaning zone for plush carpets.

Although it doesn't provide the same amount of cleaning-related options in its app, or as many in-app shortcuts as some other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the higher price cost.
