World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Item upgrades are a key element of enhancing your character. Upgrades increase item damage and enchantments.

They also provide bonuses and improvements. The Blacksmith can also sell them to you.

Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade items button on it. Each recycled item adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.

Weapon

If a weapon is upgraded, it gets a base damage bonus, as well as an adjustment factor that affects other stats. Certain upgrade components have cosmetic effects and others provide additional attributes. These upgrades can be inserted into armor, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools, and they generally require the equipment to have an available upgrade slot and meet certain requirements. When a weapon or armor piece is equipped with an upgrade component it, the item can be replaced with another however the previous upgrade will be destroyed (except for legendary equipment and upgrades). Upgrade components can be recovered using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool, or using a salvage tool of high-end quality on the item the item level upgrade.

A weapon can also be upgraded to include a Calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, like Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This can be done via the Gear Workbench interaction menu. Depending on the weapon tier, this can be done up to four times.

Once the weapon has reached its maximum level of upgrade and is then modified to give different effects and bonuses or to boost specific stats. Several of these upgrades can be applied at once, Item upgrades and the effects vary depending on the nature of the weapon.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game that can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area as well as Smithing Master Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both upgrade materials differ: Smithing Stones to modify the kind of damage weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the standard weapons.

Generally, it is advised to improve weapon damage first, followed by armor defense, and finally the other secondary stats as required by your build. Particularly, it is common to see melee druids upgrading their weapon before they upgrade any other gear, because it helps maximise DPS. This is particularly relevant for enchantments that boost a weapon's stats and damage.

Armor

item upgrading upgrades allow players to boost the performance of certain weapons, armors trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades can also have additional effects like increased damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades can be obtained through crafting, buying from NPC vendors and loot drop, or as quest rewards.

Armor can be improved by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. In most cases an item of armor will be upgraded to the next level after an upgrade items is applied. Most types of armor are upgradeable, however certain items (such as the starter armour found in Great Sky Island) cannot.

The majority of armor upgrades provide some improvement to an item's defense base or strength. However, some upgrade components can offer significant improvements in strength or defense, particularly when upgrading an item that is epic.

In addition to enhancing the defense base of an item, some upgrades also offer special abilities that can be activated when wearing an armor. These abilities can be extremely beneficial in combat. For instance they can boost attack speed or block. Certain upgrades provide effect that are passive and can be useful, such as decreasing damage when wearing armor or increasing the chance of avoiding an attack.

Based on the type of armor, upgrading an item upgrader kit can require multiple attempts. For instance, if a player wanted to upgrade a Steelclash armor to Dragonscale, the first attempt would result in a new piece of Dragonscale with a base defense between 59 and 67. The second attempt would result in the creation of a Dragonscale armor with a base defense of between 67 and 77.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To do this, players must visit the four Great Fairy Fountains found in the game. Each of these locations contains a fair with a great power that can improve a piece of armor for you.

Despite popular belief it isn't a necessity in The Division 2. Certain armors provide a significant boost in the reduction of the damage caused by poison spells, curses, magic or fire. This makes them very valuable for certain builds. There are other methods to boost the stats of armor besides upgrading armor, such as using the engineer trait to increase armor penetration or the challenger trait to decrease the weight of the entire armor.

Potion

When you put a potion into the stand for brewing, you will be able to unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks a new effect tier, and can be repeated for more potencies.

The potions also get a custom color, which can be selected by the player via /give. The color affects the clouds that affect the area of effect as well as the arrows that are generated. In Bedrock Edition the custom potion color is also applied to the particle effects of the potions.

The water bottle, the mundane, thick and awkward potions now have a new texture for brewing. The potion of weakness was added to the potion of healing in Creative inventory. Added lingering potions that can be brewed with splash potions or dragon breath and a thick pot with the status effect Mining Fatigue (duration 4 hours). Trinket

A trinket is a small inexpensive piece of jewelry. It could be a necklace or ring. Or, it could be a tiny banner used to mark the lateen yard of a boat. It can also refer to a trinket that is gilded on the mast of a ship.

This macabre trinket is believed to be influencing the residents of this maze and making them more popular. This trinket at its current level makes all kinds of Xx of mimics more prevalent and gives each floor a Y% chance that it has an ebony replica. This trinket is priced at a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.

The magic of the enchanted scepter is believed to affect the dungeon itself which makes it more likely to generate grass and water. At the moment, this trinket will make X% of regular floors become filled with water or grass but doesn't affect enchantments or glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or items that are created to solve hazard rooms.

This item, which looks like a newt's eyes appears to alter your vision in a way that goes beyond simply reducing your field-of-view. This trinket, in its current level, increases the health gained by drinking potions of healing and wells of life by X%, and gives you mind-sight on enemies within Y tile. This does not stack with the Heightened Senses.

Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after completing the Mastery Cave. You can find them by defeating Monsters and in chests and crates. They aren't found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

Place the trinket in the Anvil whenever it is required to be upgraded. This will affect the trinket that is random and will either increase or strengthen its effects. You can reforge an item multiple times as often as you like, but it will always have an effect that is different from the one that it had when you made it.

You can upgrade your Trinkets at the Alchemy Station by placing them into a Magical Catalyst. This will cost 6 energy, but will increase the power of the trinket by a tiny amount.
