The only drawback is its mopping pad attachment that was difficult to use to hold in its place during our tests. It also lacks the ability of dealing with dried-on dust which makes it more of the vacuum rather than a mop.

It's still a great choice for those who prefer a hands-free experience and want to clean low pile or bare carpets equally well. It has decent suction, which has helped to pick up fine dust and pet hair from carpets. One of the best features is its automatic carpet recognition, which increases the strength of the vacuuming to take on dirt that is embedded. It is easy to use and the charging dock automatically empty the trash bin when it's full. This is a fantastic feature for apartment dwellers.
