Three Wheeled Buggies

MFM reviewer Kath tested this buggy with a newborn baby as well as a child who was 3 wheeler stroller years old and found it to be very robust. It was able to withstand cobbles, grass and rough pavements as well as dirt tracks and kerbs. Kath said that "it is sturdy to push and is very stable when going over difficult terrain. The tyres, that are inflated and require to be pumped regularly and have a suspension built-in. This was extremely comfortable for my kids.

The shape and size of the seat is another aspect to think about. You will want it to be large enough for your child's comfort. You will also need it to recline so that they can lie flat. Some three-wheel buggies offer a lie-flat option that allows the child to face you, whereas others only allow a parent-facing one.

The downside of having bigger wheels is that they can make some buggies quite broad and may struggle to squeeze through narrow spaces. Most models come with small folding options that allow you to remove the front wheels and store them in a more compact manner.

Easy to manoeuvre

The only downside to this amazing maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3-wheel buggy may make it difficult to squeeze into tight spaces. This is something you need to be aware of when you live in a city. If this is a concern then a 4-wheeler might be a better choice for you.
