If you're looking for a robotic vacuum that can also mop, this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than the other models on this list which makes it easier to maneuver into tight corners and underneath furniture. It features a 220-degree Lidar that, combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, provides some of the best robot vacuum navigation and object avoidance capabilities I've seen in the form of a robotic vacuum. It packs a powerful 4600mAh battery which lasts up to 170-minutes when mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it is able to run longer in turbo). It will even return to the dock to replenish its battery halfway through an efficient.

It's extremely fast and does a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast, and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and hallways with only one sweep. Its 8,000pa suction motor makes short work of picking up dirt, droppings, and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects rugs and the dual side brush helps to remove debris from corners.

The mopping performance, while still impressive, is not as impressive. The rotating mop spins fast and utilizes 2.2lbs to scrub dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arms protrude out slightly more than other robots, which is helpful for getting into tight corners and on baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to scoop up larger debris such as books and toys that have been damaged.

Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuum cleaner vacuums and mop I've tried. It doesn't create as loud of a sound when mopping or vacuuming and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it needs to utilize a specific mopping solution and is sold separately. It's easy to install and is effective, but it's something you'll need to keep an eye on when you purchase this vacuum for the sole reason of mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is different from other robot vacuums in its class. It comes with a wide array of features that make it an ideal choice for homeowners who want a highly effective, versatile and adaptable cleaning machine.

The device comes with a powerful and impressive cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensors with an RGB camera to map the home and locate furniture and other obstacles. It then uses this information to clean effectively and efficiently. This will ensure an efficient and consistent cleaning and is also fast.

The X1 Omni robot vacuums with mop vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. However, it does have some unique features which make it worth looking into. The X1 Omni's main draw is its huge dock that doubles as a charging base as well as housing for two 4-liter water tanks, a cleaning sink and an automatic 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically emptys.

The base has several control buttons, which allow you to manually start a cleaning task, recall the robot or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Press two of the buttons to turn off the child lock, which is a nice feature for parents who are worried about children playing with the vacuum.

The Omni Omni like other robotic vacuums uses its camera to identify obstacles and furniture in its path. It will steer clear of them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system will map your home 10 times faster than conventional laser detection systems and is four times more accurate at recognizing objects.

Unfortunately, this means that the X1 Omni could occasionally get caught up in an obstruction, such as an electrical cord dangling across a rug--that it becomes stuck and stops working until you manually free it. While this was rare however, it was a gruelling experience when it did happen and especially because the X1 Omni does not have an "stuck" status alert in its app.

The X1 Omni isn't able to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad however, the mopping pad isn't cleaned or dried between uses. This can cause mildew and mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek modern base and mopping pad. It's a major departure from the utilitarian, black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing sight in a space which is dominated by clunky, boxy units.
